Dale Medical Center will have weigh-in beginning January 23 thru Jan 27 go to the front desk in the lobby from 7:30 A.M. till 3 P.M. and sign up for this statewide weight-loss contest called Scale Back Alabama. It is a 10 Week contest in an attempt to encourage Alabamians to lose weight.
